Can’t add new purchase code for new license to Xstore

I just bought a new license for xstore so that I may get more xstore support but now I am seeing these errors when trying to add my new purchase code to xstore:

API request call error. Common problem caused by SSL certificate. Please check it here. Contact your server provider in case your certificate does not exist or has some errors.

”
I am just trying to add new purchase code set so I can also ask for support on some issues I am having with xstore.
