    Hi,
I had my website fixed about a week ago and now products can’t seem to be added to the cart?

Any advice as to what is going wrong and is there a way for me to know this happen when it does happen instead of me having to check my site or getting told by customers?

    Thanks

    Did you have any luck?

Do you think I would be best moving to something a bit easier like a shopify or a different platform?

    Thanks

    Hello,

The problem was caused by cache. I’ve deleted “cache” folder in wp-content directory and now products are added to the cart.
    Clear browser cache and check.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Thanks for that.
So i should just keep an eye to make sure there is not a cache folder in the wp-content directory?

Also it is still telling me that “Your theme (LEGENDA – 8theme WordPress theme) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.”

    and that

legenda/woocommerce/cart/cart-item-data.php version 2.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.4.0,

legenda/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php version 2.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.4.0,

How do I go about updating these two?

    Thanks for your help Eva!

    Hello,

Those two files must be deleted.
Please check the description of our theme update:
    http://themeforest.net/item/legenda-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/5888906
Pay attention to the files that were removed from the new version: http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/15/0817/h_1439794170_5940258_acd46deb52.png
You must delete them from your theme folder too (in wp-content/themes/legenda/woocommerce directory).

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Eva,
This appears to have happened again?!

The files all appear to be deleted and there is no cache?

    Thanks
