Can’t add/upload custom fonts in customizer typography

Whenever I add a custom font in them options (google fonts ttf), the Typopgraphy pannel just keeps spinning and doesn’t appear.

This is weird because I have another install, same version and it works. So do the exact same fonts. I’ve added custom fonts the exact same way.

1/ We can’t open your site – https://prnt.sc/fyJXFjWzlH3v Please check and contact your hosting provider to solve this.

2/ Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

OK Sorry I have all countries but Canada and US blocked on my server. Which country IP’s do I need to allow for you to access?
