Please provide us with a direct page where you have issues and show an example what you’re trying to add to Text box.

    Hello,

    I try to explain:
When I adding a page and add an image (with the media-button above the editor-textbox) in the standard WP textbox then the image don’t show in the textbox.

Similar problem when I will add a member, with the Visual Composer Team Member-addon. I try adding an image with the avatar-button, but doesn’t work.

    Can’t adding images.

(If the Virtual Composer plugin is deactivated then I can add images in the standard WordPress editor-textbox. Tht works perfectly)

    Hope you onderstand it.

    Regards,
    Christophe

    Hello,

The same issue persists with default WordPress theme too.
Please update WPBakery Visual Composer and Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer plugins to the latest versions https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and try to upload an image again.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    The problem is solved.
    – I remove the plugin complete.
Then upload the plugin 4.5.x and activated.
    Adding images works now!!!

In your answer you say download and installed the last plugins. I did this, but VC4.6 has a Fatal Error! Then downgrade the plugin (from a backup), and this works!!!

    Shame for the Fatal Error!!

    Regards,
    Christophe

I do further research. Following this tutorial

Then i find this error in my browser developer console:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘ids’ of undefined

    This error came from:
    ../wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/js/backend/media-editor.js

Conlusion: It is a problem with Visual Composer!

    Thanks for the help 🙁

But this not resolving the problem. Buy a theme with problems! Can’t add images and ‘special’ Goolge Map!!! Only in some cases adding images manual 🙁

Can the support help me further please??
