Can’t click on mega menu when I hover over the parent item in the main menu

I built a static block for the mega menu and I assigned it below the shop page in the header menu. However, I find myself struggling to move my cursor from the shop menu item to the mega menu. The first loom video shows what I am experiencing. I am thinking that I need the menu to have the full height of the main header container. The second loom video shows what I am referring to.

There’s a gap between the menu item and the mega menu. When I try moving to the mega menu, the site thinks I’m no longer interested in the mega menu.

Hello,

Theme options > Header builder > Main menu > Computed Box For The Menu Item > change padding top and bottom
