Can’t Connect our Instagram account ” Insuffecient Developer Role”

    Hi,

    We have recently encountered a problem with connecting our Xstore website with Instagram account. But it gives following error:
    {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Insufficient developer role”}

    Can you please look into this and provide a solution for the same.

    Hi,

    Thanks for resolving the same. Now we can connect to Instagram account. But we still can’t fetch the Instagram posts on to our website even when connection is done.

    Can you please help us out regarding same.
