Can''t Edit Footer and Section

Please how can I edit my Footer? I cannot also change the image background of the 2nd section before the Footer on the Home Page

Theme Options > Footer > Show footer demo blocks > Off.
Then http://prntscr.com/o171ec so you need to edit “Footer Bottom” static block or create a new one http://prntscr.com/o171hq
