Cant Edit Pages – Page not loading

Hi, I’m trying to edit pages but the page is not loading:
here is the url but it shows loading symbol but not getting the page
https://www.d-shemesh.com/wp-admin/customize.php
it worked fine but in the last week i cant edit pages.
Pleae help…

Update the theme – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and all bundled plugins – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
Clear cache and check then.
