    Hello,

this text is not in child theme files, is not in Elementor templates, is not in widgets, is not in custom snippets. If I change the theme to default this text disappears from the shop page. Screen in private. I will switch theme now to xstore again.

    Thanks for help,
    Alen

    Hello Alen,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that the issue you are currently experiencing is due to custom code present in your child theme. To resolve this, we kindly ask you to switch to the XStore parent theme, which should also eliminate the text issue you mentioned.

Please contact the person who initially modified your files for further assistance in making this change.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello Alen,

Could you please confirm if you have been in touch with the individual who modified the child theme files?
To proceed with troubleshooting, we recommend connecting to your files via FTP and renaming the “archive-product.php” file within your child theme. This action will deactivate the file, allowing you to determine whether the issue is related to code that was added by you or another party.

Please note that we are unable to assume responsibility for any custom code that our team did not implement. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Thank you for your attention to this issue. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
