Hello!
My issue is this:
When I upload any image into “Media–>Upload” and I upload an image, the image can’t be visualized if I click “View” and this shows up:
can’t find the file attachment.php
In private you have my WP and FTP credentials.
Thanks! Carlo
Hello,
Please provide screenshots of the problem so we could try to recreate the issue on our side.
Thanks in advance.
Regards
Hello!
Can’t you see the same on your side?
Here you are screenshots as attachment.
When I click on “View” (hovering on cat image it appears “View”) I see “can’t find the file attachment.php”.
I think it is an issue of the theme, because (you can try) – when u change theme, it is fixed.

Moreover,
I think (maybe) it is a problem of paths.
I did this. test.manifatturecotoniere1946.it it is a clone o manifatturecotoniere1946.it.
On FTP (via FileZilla) of test.manifatturecotoniere1946.it I moved some images around so that I had them in the same folder. Since them, it crashed.
Maybe it is ok to clean everything of the them and reinstall it.
Be CAREFUL! manifatturecotoniere1946.it it is the production site, don’t touch it 🙂
Thanks! Carlo
Hello,
Fixed. Please check.

If it is easy so solve please write me the methods so that I could repeat it in case in the future if necessary.
If it is complicated or “risky”, let it go 🙂
I tried hard for 2 days to solve it, no luck!
Thanks a lot!
Carlo
You’re welcome!

Ah, a question!
Is it safe to upload images directly via FTP in Upload folder?
Or should I upload them via WordPress?
Thanks! Carlo
Hello,
You need to upload images via Media Library (WordPress).
