Hi,
I still have a section (in a footer or prefooter) that whows on every pages. The title is “useful Links” and there’s a menu beneath it with these items:
Home Page
About Us
Delivery Info
Conditions
Order Tracking
My Account
My Wishlist
I can’t seem to find where I can access this menu to delete it. Can you help? THanks.
Hello, @michaelmilauskas,
Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.
To remove the menu in the pre-footer, kindly follow these steps: Navigate to your WordPress dashboard, select ‘Appearance’, then ‘Widgets’, followed by ‘Pre-footer area’. Here, you can delete the widget and then revisit your site to confirm the changes. https://imgur.com/bulTdwQ
We trust this will resolve your issue.
However, if the problem persists, we kindly request you to create temporary wp-admin access so we can review your settings.
To grant wp-admin access, please create a new user account with an administrator role via the Dashboard. Subsequently, provide us with the wp-admin URL, username, and password via the Private Content area.
Best Regards,
8Theme Team.
