Can’t generate new instagram acces token -insufficient developer role instagram

Hello. I can’t generate a new business access token:

App not active
This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated.

Trying to adding manually, pesonal: “insufficient developer role instagram” error.

Theme version is 7.2.10 , i don’t want to update for now because it messes with some modifications.

Please, contact administrator
for this information.
