Cant get anchor links to work - by iLivioSupport

Hey,

I cant seem to get the anchor links to work on the home page. Details below

I’ve read the documentation. and looked on the forums for some support, still cant seem to get it.

Nevermind,

Solved the issue.

Anchor goes in the spot that says “Anchor for one page navigation” …. seems obvious now.

Anchors for one page navigation?
Where is that?
i’ve added my anchors names by adding custom links for the menu. but when i go on my page and access the row options there is nowhere to put an anchor like it use to. There is one field and it says extra css class (or something like that)

You should add anchors to “Row ID” as described in the documentation:

My row options only have ROW STRETCH and EXTRA CLASS NAME in the General tab
Everything was fine until i update woopress to V 2.5

You’re using old Visual Composer and other plugins versions.
You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

I have updated visual composer but now nothing is working… can’t use visual composer even if it’S there and updated… cannot press on any button (i.e. the row option button or the ”+” to add a new row

As I see VC editor is working fine:

Settings for one page menu were changed in the latest theme update. Please read the documentation: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/4_one_page , now anchors should be written in Row ID field in row settings.
Please edit your rows and set correct anchors.

but i cant access the options in VC.
I can’t click on the ”little pencil” icon of a row to get the row option. the buttons in VC just don’T work. i’ve been trying for days.

Sorry to bring up this thread again, but now my links on the header doesn’t scroll to the anchor that is placed for them.

Not sure why that stopped working.

The problem causes by Equal Height Columns for Visual Composer plugin. Please disable it and check issue.

Hey, Equal Heights Columns was only enabled for one row, the Our Story Row,

I have disabled it from that and ensure its not enabled in any of the other rows. One page navigation still wont work though, Please Advise,
