I am trying to add the cart to the header but it only shows the shortcode [et_top_cart]
and not the cart itself, after reading the forums it was advised we delete the Royal Core plugin and reinstall, which I have now done, but it won’t reinstall as i get a fatal error

Fatal error: Cannot declare class OAuthConsumer, because the name is already in use in /home/sites/9b/4/45ffaf2b5c/public_html/wp-content/plugins/royal-core/inc/twitteroauth/OAuth.php on line 12

    Hello,

    http://prntscr.com/q3twrp
You disabled Royal core plugin that is required plugin for Royal theme. One of the third-party plugins that you use probably Ketchup Shortcodes Pack causes a fatal error while Royal core plugin is enabled. Because once we disabled all the third-party plugind for test and started to enable them one by one we were locked while enabled that plugin http://prntscr.com/q3u1ou
So, disable that plugin via FTP (rename or remove) and enable all the other plugins that you used. Or provide FTP access to allow me to finish. We don’t have FTP access to your site, so we can’t do this.

    Regards

    Hello,

Sorry, I don’t understand you. I have clearly explained the situation. We can’t guarantee compatibility with all the third-party plugins that you use. If you want to use Royal theme then Royal core plugin is required, so find another plugin than Ketchup Shortcodes Pack that is out of date by the way https://wordpress.org/plugins/ketchup-shortcodes-pack/

    Hello,

We don’t delete anything! We just added some additional information to explain to you what exactly was wrong. And you did not provide FTP access.

    Hello,

If you don’t believe me then disable all the third-party plugins that you use. After that enable Royal Core plugin and then enable third-party plugins one by one and you’ll check, one of them will call the Fatal error because it is not compatible with our theme and with Royal core. Find analogs or contact plugin author to fix the compatibility issue.

    Regards
