Cant get Mega menu on header with elementor

Hi guys

I wonder if you could assist please. I have watched the videos but am not able to get the mega menu onto my header. The reason is when I go to header builder using elementor the header I am using is not there. I can see the header I am using in customizer but there I have no option of adding the mega menu.

Secondly as an alternative because I couldn’t get the mega menu to work I have tried adding categories to the shop drop-down using the standard menu, but it only shows one item on that drop-down, not sure why. It does the same thing on the “All Departments Tab as well.

Lastly and this would actually solve everything for me. I am not sure if this is possible, but in the search tab, when you pick the function that allows the drop-down (All Categories) is it possible that the item you pick can link straight to that category on click? Currently, if you select the item for example “Bed Linen” you must then go and click on “Search” for it to take you to the category.
