Cant Get Plugin To Work With Theme - by nasan

    Hi there, I am using the plugin, YITH Gift Cards Premium and everything works fine except one area, when adding the gift cart to cart, the page refresshes and the item is shown in the cart however it disappears after a second and then the cart is empty, please help!

    Hello,

    1) First of all, check if it works fine with official WooCommerce theme. Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme. Check the issue. In case you see the same problem with default theme contact with plugin author to solve the issue.
    2) In case the problem persists with our theme only go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product > try to disable Ajax Add to cart. Check again.
    Reply back if it does not help and provide admin panel and FTP access.

    Hi there, ok I just deactivated the pluginand the issue still persists so it has nothing to do with the plugin.It is now set as a normal Variable Product and if I add any other simple products to the cart it works properly but whenever I add a variable product to cart it disappears even with the Ajax Add To Cart Disabled. Please help asap.

    Hello,

    I checked your site and see that Gift plugin is disabled but problem still persists and problem caused by JCH Optimize plugin. I tried to check the plugin options but face the fatal error http://prntscr.com/dorx2m

    I would recommend you to disable this plugin.

    I’ve had similar issues.

    You need your host to whitelist your domain.com/”wishlist-page-slug” and domain.com/”wishlist-page-slug”/*

    It’s being cached as empty, you need to make it so that page isn’t cached.
