I have activated your sales booster options Progress Bar and Cart / Checkout Progress Bar but although the message ‘Congratulations, you’ve got free shipping’ does appear in the bar (after a minimum spend of £60), the shipping button stays on the default £2.95 shipping – it should automatically calculate that 0 shipping cost is required and default to ‘Free Shipping’.

The shipping cost is then added to the order total when it should be free. I cannot find an option to change this in the plugin, please let me know how to set it so that they get the free shipping. I have set my ‘shipping rules’ in Woocommerce which is also set for spend of £60 + free shipping.

Regarding this same sales booster, I did message months ago about the fact that the progress bar appears on the mini cart and cart but does not appear on the checkout page and I think it should as the plugin says Cart / Checkout. I didn’t receive an answer at the time but its still happening.
    Thanks, Ashley

    Hello, AshleyW,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Progress bar (under Sales Booster) is just a promotional option, it does not affect the WooCommerce settings.

Please check the WooCommerce documentation to apply free shipping if a minimum amount is spent https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/free-shipping/
If this doesn’t work, contact support of the WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

“Regarding this same sales booster, I did message months ago… I didn’t receive an answer…” – please provide the URL of your topics with this request.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

Woocommerce is already set correctly, with the minimum spend amount set at £60 (same as your sales booster). The progress bar displays correctly on mini cart and cart but does not show at all on checkout page. Most people seem to go straight to checkout, not view the cart page, so it is important it show on the checkout page.

Regarding the ‘free shipping’ button, it does appear when over £60 is spent, but the user has to manually check it to get the shipping free.

The original request link is here but the response didn’t apply to the checkout page.

    Hello, AshleyW,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

1/ Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look at your settings and what can be done to help you.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

2/ “but the user has to manually check it to get the shipping free.” – Please test how it works when Storefront (default WooCommerce theme) is activated. For this go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hello, AshleyW,

We appreciate your prompt response, but we can’t connect FTP:

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

Please check it. Try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself and provide us with the correct credentials.
Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

    Hi,

I have it setup in Filezilla and am able to log on using these details. I don’t know what else to suggest as they work for me. I have attached the exact details again. Are you able to check in wp-admin where the error is?

    Thanks, Ashley

    Hello, AshleyW,

Contact your hosting provider and provide this screenshot of the connection error https://prnt.sc/1kgyjAFSrSb0 , ask for assistance from their side.
