    Hi
I’ms stuck for one of the first step : importing a demo
    I’m working on Xstore for the second time, and just begin the configuration of this new website, I just want to import a demo (marseille02) but can’t do that because I encounter this answer : “The following required plugin is currently inactive: Xstore Core” ;
Actually this plugin is active but in the plugin sections I have this message : “Xstore Core plugin requires the following theme: Xstore v5.1.1 or higher.
Downgrade the plugin to version 1.0.23 to use it with the current theme version. 1.0.23”

Could you help me please ?

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

I do not see your site URL.
You can find 1.0.23 version of Core plugin on this page – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
If this is a new installation, it would be better to use the latest theme version (5.1.3) and Core plugin – 1.1.7. We’ve sent theme archive to your registration email. After uploading the latest version of the theme, try to import the demo one more time.
If this doesn’t help, please provide us with your site URL and temporary FTP access.

    Regards

    Thanks for the reply.
What host and port should we use?
I would recommend you to update the theme to 5.1.3 version – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
Also, please contact your hosting provider and increase PHP Memory limit – http://prntscr.com/lxcpra https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/

I am glad that you sorted out.
To remove this warning http://prntscr.com/lxdan9 please go to Theme Options and change any option (for example site width to 1180px), save options and then you can change the option back.

I have a problem here in XSTORE, the information appears. The following required plug-in is currently inactive: Xstore Core.
But it is installed and active, so I install it by restarting the process again and it doesn’t work, always info The following required plug-in is currently disabled: Xstore Core. I click on the message, it goes to the plugin page, but it’s all active there.
    I am installing on localhost.
    need help.

    Hello, @moacirsilva

Please make sure that the theme has “xstore” name + Core plugin (et-core-plugin) wasn’t renamed also.
If you use 6.1.5 version of the XStore the Core should be 1.4.5 version.
+ min required PHP version is 7.0 https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/

    Regards
