Cant import prebuilt templates / only part import

Hello Team, I can’t import any prebuild templates from xstore.

And when importing a template, it’s import only 1 container.

What can I do?
The Elementor Flexbox are already on active.
Thanks.

I found the issue, i had disabled the x store widgets via the elementor manager..
