Can’t import xstore theme, wordpress requires me to subscribe to “creator”

I can’t import the theme I bought through you as it appears in the tutorial videos, WordPress requires me to subscribe to them just to open this option

I know that the problem is not related to you, at least not at the moment because I have no possibility to check the theme at all, I thought maybe you could help me understand if I did something wrong in the initial creation of the WordPress website, maybe I should have defined something there at the beginning, because from your tutorial videos, The admin management screen doesn’t look like mine

I managed to fix the previous problem and now I can access “install plugin” but I get an error:

Installing plugin from uploaded file: XStore_Theme_v.9.3.11.zip
Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

Plugin installation failed.
