Cant install demos – Urgent – PHP values

I have set the PHP values of my website to the theme requirements. But still when I try to install a demo theme, it’s showing that my php values are incorrect. I have also tried reinstalling wordpress and the theme.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?
