Can’t install licence to start getting updates

i have just bought a new licence and i want to add it to my account which was expired long time a go and i’m deactivating the old licences to add new one but it wont deactivated so how can i add new licence to it?

can i know how can i add the licence first?

Hello,

You used nulled version of theme as we can see from the screenshot. Press Deactivate button and then activate theme using your license.

Besides, you use the out of date version of theme. I would recommend you to provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to help you with theme update to avoid issues after update.
