I can’t seem to deactivate the license i have on my website and i can’t seem to install new plugins via the plugin installer. I have no idea why

Where did you get the purchase code that was used to activate the theme on your site? It is not the same that you provided for the account on our site.
You are using very old versions of the theme and Core plugin. Don’t you plan to update them? We would recommend to do update, because old versions may be reason of compatibility problems with new WP and plugins, but do NOT update the live site right now. Create staging site (full copy of the existing site) and update theme to the latest version there and if everything is ok then update production site.

We can help with the update. In this case, provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access, to the staging site.

Someone else put the site in place and i just took over and want my own personal details. That’s why i purchased my own license and found out that there are alot of issues that cannot be resolved. I’ve tried updating it but it’s also not allowing me to update because you’re right it’s grossly outdated. Would give you all the details as updating from my end would definitely cause alot of issues. I’ve attached the staging site and ftp details.

Seen, thank you very much, but what of the live site, how does one get all the updates to the live site, because unfortunately, the staging i sent was on the 10th and alot of things have happened since then especially orders. How do i push the updates without it affecting especially orders?

Check the staging site carefully. If everything is ok then provide us with Dashbaord and FTP access to the production site and we’ll update everything without losing your data.
