Hi, we bought Royal Theme just yesterday (it seems great!), but we have a problem.
During install procedure we get the alert “API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0 version”.
We’ve checked and on Siteground actually we have OpeSSL 1.0 version. Why we can’t install Royal Theme anyway?
Could you help us, please? We are working on a project with very tight schedules 🙁

It seems you’re not activating the theme yet, go to Theme Options -> and put the Envato Purchase code. If you get the error after you’re entering the code means, please pass us the Purchase code in the Private content, we will look in to it, and update you.

yes, we tried several times to register the Purchase code, but we always got error alert.
Now we moved the news website on the official host test subdomain, but Royal still refuse the Purchase code during installation.
Please, could you register it for us?

When we check your purchase code it didn’t show any Buyer name http://prntscr.com/fomk19 , have you bought that using Guest account? If so, create an account on TF with the email ID you purchased, or contact the Envato support with your purchase code and get the user details for that, let me know if you get the buyer for your purchase code but still have problems with activation.

No, we bought it on Themeforest just for this project (one installation on test.jamalfi.bio).
Our client bought it without logging into Themeforest, he’s trying to match the account with the purchase code.
We bought many templates from 8Themes for different projects, and we never got a delay for technical registration problems.
We’re waiting for Themeforest reply, but since we’ve already lost 4 working days because of this problem, and we risk to miss delivery date, can we send you (we can’t find attachments in this topic) the original purchase registration with Jamalfi Srl as Licensee and Purchase code (in Private Content) in order to speed up the activation, please?

Hello,
If you bought the theme without logging it means that you bought it using the guest account and purchase code does not have the buyer and can’t be accepted by the system. We have already faced the same issue but user solved it by creating the regular account with the same e-mail he has made purchase. https://www.8theme.com/?bbp_search=guest+account&bbp_search_forum_id=128990
