Hey,
I have purchased your theme today – it looks great and I can’t wait to get my teeth stuck into it. I’m looking to refresh my website with your theme, but after playing around with it today I just can’t install it.
At first, I tried uploading the zip file via the control panel which presented this error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class ReallySimpleCaptcha in /var/sites/l/legominifigme.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/themes/woopress/framework/inc/really-simple-captcha/really-simple-captcha.php on line 30
Which resulted in me needing to delete the theme altogether via FTP. Whilst in the FTP, I tried unzipping the theme and uploading it through this method instead – but the same problem presented itself.
I tried deleting the file that was causing the problem, but it just created two new errors and so on.
I looked through your support tickets and saw that someone had a similar problem – and you suggested updating the PHP version to 5.3. My current version is 5.4 so this shouldn’t be the problem.
Could you please advise?
Thanks in advance 🙂
Hello,
Have you installed ReallySimpleCaptcha plugin separately in Plugins section of wp-admin panel? If so deactivate it and then try to install the theme again.
If there are still any difficulties please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

Eva Kemp.
That’s great, I have disabled the said plugin and the install works fine. Thanks so much. Such a simple solution! 🙂
