Can't install theme versions :( - by darren

Hi,

Ive just installed royal and went through and installed the demo content, however if I try to install a version it doesn’t work.

If I click on one it takes me back to the main them options page. Im trying to look at and install the interior store version…but obviously would like it fixing in case I want to look at others.

Hello,

Very likely that file_get_contents() function is disabled in the server configuration. It caused problems with default import. Contact your host concerning this issue and also ask them to check whether allow_url_fopen function is enabled and php version shouldn’t be less than 5.3 version.

If there are still problems please provide us with FTP login details.

allow_url_fopen function is disabled due to their security policy, fair enough I suppose.

Is it possible to choose the interior store version some other way?
