Can’t install xstore plugin, i deactivated all plugins, and cleared cache

can’t install xstore plugin, i deactivated all plugins, and cleared cache and installed the xstore plugin, sometimes it says plugin installed successfully, but after refresh page i can see that i need to install it again.
and sometimes it gives me an error about the hosting min requirements, so i even upgraded my hosting way more then what’s needed and it still doesn’t work.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access?

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

I believe i managed to fix that, i downloaded FileZilla, then connected to my hosting, and i deleted the old xstore plugin and copied a new one, after that i had the same issue with a slider plugin, so i did the same thing and now it’s working, but thank you so much for your quick response!
