    Hi,

    I am having trouble with the site header. I’ve gone into Theme Options >> Header and chosen ‘Header Type’ # 2 and have replaced ‘Logo Image’ and ‘Logo image fixed header’ with my own graphics, yet the header still has the default RoyalStore logo on a white background that doesn’t ‘stick’ to the top of the screen.

    Also noticing that my footer doesn’t respond to the settings I’ve made in Theme Settings >> Footer.

    I have set a custom background color (#0d0d0d), for ‘Footer Text Color’ I have chosen ‘light’.

    The background color is the default theme color and the fonts are the default grey color, not white.

    Just updating you – it seems that none of the settings I make in the ‘Theme Options’ have any effect on the actual site.

    I’ve added the ‘WooCommerce Product Categories’ widget to the Shop Sidebar and enabled the left sidebar in Theme Settings >> Products Page Layout, but there is no sidebar.

    Also – where do I change the header background image to look like this from the demo theme:

    https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/?product_cat=accessories

    Thanks for your help.

    Hello,

    If you’re talking about breadcrumbs image you need go to Theme Options > Header > select Breadcrumbs Style “With Background” and upload an image for Breadcrumbs Background.
    I’ve disabled WP All Import plugins and the logo and sidebar have appeared.
    Also footer colors have been fixed. Seems there is some incompatibility with the plugin and our theme. We’ve taken this into account and try to fix it in the future update.

    Please check the site and clear your browser cache before.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Thanks for your help.

    I’ve created a custom menu and it has MANY items in it. Is there a limit to how many items you can have in a menu? I can’t seem to add any more. I’ve tried adding a new top level item, but it doesn’t stay when I click save.

    Please use the info in the private content above to access the site if you need to.

    Thanks

    Hello,

    It could be WP limit. Read this topic, maybe you’ll find a workaround http://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-menu-item-limit

    Sorry, but that is not the theme issue.
    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    In case anyone else has this issue (reaching a limit to how many items you can dd to your menu) – this worked:

    Add the following code to your .htaccess file:

    <IfModule mod_php5.c>

    php_value max_input_vars 9000

    </IfModule>
