Cant replace new version of the theme in my theme :(

Hi there I use Royal theme but i cant replace the version 2.1 to the latest i saw the videos and tutorials but i couldnt my problem is my home page i need to appear the fixed navigation in my hombe and page and my mobile menu this is a huge problem for me .. any Solution’?

Please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content and we’ll try to update theme.

Also please make full backup of the site.
