Hi,
I cant see nothing in the cart, i have tested on several browsers, cleaned cookies and cleaned cache on site, here is a printscreen: https://prnt.sc/1gof0ih
Checkout is also not possible, same thing happens, i already cleaned cache in server and tried deactivating plugins, i cannot make any sell at the moment in the shop wich is terrible has we have costumers every hour to buy…

Do you have this problem when the parent theme is activated? The problem can be caused by your custom changes in the child theme.
Also, we can see a js error in the browser console that comes from Cookie Notice plugin. Try to temporarily disable the plugin while testings.

I did not made any change at the child theme, only made updates to core and theme, i need to find waht is causing this as soon has possible, i already tried disabling plugins but the problme persists.
I also continue to have the problem in mobile, i cant acess menu, i tap on it and it does not open, tried in several browsers…
We are making no sales since yestarday, it is not good…

This is quite stressful, I would appreciate if you could look into it asap please, we cannot have costumers going to store every hour and not being able to finish the orders…

I am not sure who made changes but files were re-written.
I can see wp-admin access, but not FTP. Could you provide them one more time? FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port

Sory, i send them now, if there was some change at the files it is not possible to replace the changed ones to the originals? I think only the changes made in the CSS are needed.

We’ve re-named: xstore-child/woocommerce -> xstore-child/woocommerce-old (it means your custom changes in mentioned folder are not appayed now).
Cart and checkout pages work now. Please check.
