Hi Team,
I have setup menus and want to display the sub-item menu as two columns (to neatly display products categories and subcategories). I can’t seem to find a way to do this with the standard menus.
I understand this can be done by using the “department ” menu and making static blocks to do this, but I was hoping for a way to do this by easily changing the sub item menu from one column to two columns.
Hello,
Do you want to create some kind of mega menu with 2 columns?
Follow the docs to find out how to do this in the default way or using static blocks https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/menu-set-up/mega-menu/

Hi Olga,
Sorry I was not very clear in my question.
See attached screenshot. https://snipboard.io/jxafU5.jpg
Is it possible to switch the sub item menu (from the main menu) from one column to two columns (menu circled red). Or even add a static block to this sub item menu?
I know how to add static blocks to the department style menu, but would prefer the menu to be all linked with the main menu.
Thanks again for your help.
Hello,
Do you want to create 2 columns layout for the 3d menu level? Unfortunately, we don’t have such option. You may try any third-party plugins to implement the mega menu for the 3d level of your menu.
Regards
