im saved and cleared the cache

You provided 2 same screenshots, but it is not clear what is displayed there: translation for the theme, for Core or WooCommerce?

“But it still august” – on what page?

Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.

Hello, Yash1n,

Thank you for your response.

Please follow steps mentioned on our screenshots.
You have 2 xstore themes on the site (old and new). We are not sure why you did not delete the old, but the reason of the problem was that translation of the latest xstore version, activated on the site, was not updated. We sync translation to fix it – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ , so now you can edit translation and changes will be applayed.
