Can't update theme - by Kireaki - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hi, every time I wanna update theme i get this error
    Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Is there any other way to update but not via FTP

    Thanks for the topic.
    Please read our documentation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
    Make sure you are trying to upload ZIP Compressed version or do the manual update.
    Also, you can deactivate theme via Theme Options http://prntscr.com/ii7pyb . Then activate it again and try to update theme or plugin. Let me know about results

    I followed instruction and deactivating and activating and using that plugin for update broke my website https://i.imgur.com/qZAngLC.png

    I’ve removed theme, downloaded from themeforest,uploaded and activated new one but it still shows that i have old one https://i.imgur.com/ZnJFa5S.png and it needs update is there any other way to download not from themeforest https://i.imgur.com/QKsTRRM.png

    and this is still going on and i don’t know how to fix it it started cause i’ve updated theme

    Hello,

    1. Theme version 4.21.1 available only for auto-update and is not available on Theme Forest.
    2. Tick here and update theme http://prntscr.com/iv7ug2
    3. Where you find the message about Critical CSS generation?

    Ok, let’s go all over again maybe this will help you cause I don’t think you understand that I did try every step you said to do and I can’t update and this Critical CSS generation i get when i try to update theme

    Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access in Private Content.

    You don’t have enough space to download the full zip archive of the updated version and then unzip the theme. That’s why archive that you get is broken. Please, remove unnecessary files from your server to get 40MB free space to download the archive and extract it.

    Hi there,
    I’ve the same issue. I’ve activated the theme and now I’ve the 4.21 ver but on updates there is a notification that I need to update to 4.21.1

    When I try to update I receive this error: Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    So, I’ve downloaded from Theme Forest the latest version but it is still 4.21
    I’ve tryed with Envato Market plugin, but nothing to do, the theme it’s still on 4.21 ver.

    I’ve some other issues and I hope the 4.21.1 ver can help me, for example the pagination of the woocommerce categories is wrong, now I see a numbered list instead number box and the search box it’s disallineated:

    We are planning to release a new theme update tomorrow, please wait for it.
    I do not see the pagination problem on your site http://prntscr.com/iwggpw Likely it was a cache effect.

    Hi there,
    we have moved our website from .eu extention to .com, and we’ve got the same issue when we try to update the theme: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.

    I don’t know if it depends on the theme updating, but the wishlist icon on the header doesn’t work! How can I solve it?
