About PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10), please apply the solution from this topic – https://www.8theme.com/topic/i-can-not-update-xstore-from-my-wordpress/#post-359539

This problem occurs when you are trying to update the theme or plugin on the different domain that the theme was activated (for example you activated the theme on localhost and moved it to live domain). Re-activation as described in the topic will help you.

“It did not help” – do you mean the theme can’t be updated still? Just download XStore – Installable Archive from this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads , go to Appearance> Themes > Add New > Upload archive > Install > Replace with uploaded, and the theme will be updated.
Or provide us with URL of your site and temporary wp-admin access + purchase code, so we can apply the solution from this topic for you – https://www.8theme.com/topic/i-can-not-update-xstore-from-my-wordpress/#post-359539

On your account https://www.8theme.com/account-user/?user_id=19600 you can see all activations for every purchase code, and do can deactivate domains there. Please read our documentation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/how-to-registerderegister-xstore-theme-livestaging-websites/
Also, you can see what code is free and can be used to activate the theme.
