Can't update Xstore Core to version 3.0.2

I’ve recently updated my Xstore theme to version 7.0.2 however It won’t allow me to update the Xstore core plugin. I get the following error message…

Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
Update the plugin via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ , or provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

It seems that you used nulled version of theme http://prntscr.com/v27bfv
Provide us with the license that you bought for this project to activate theme and update plugin

Hello, I actually have 2 licenses for 2 different sites, however I can’t remember which code is associated to which site… is there a way of finding out which one is associated to delilahchloe.com as I don’t want to affect the other website? I’ve attached the 2 license keys I have…
