Can’t use the cart, single product, checkout page builder in new version

Hi, I was a little bit excited for the new version since it had some tools that I wanted to use, however, I can’t use them. When I try to lauch the builder it looks exactly that when you used to open it with Elementor in past versions, so I don’t know if I’ve made a bad update, if I need to buy something or what happened?

I would really appreciate your orientation.

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

The new single product builder has many new widgets and presets.
What are you referring to?
Perhaps you have not fully installed and activated all the items. Please send us temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Hi, there.
Here I give you the access.
Note that I can’t use Elementor to modify Woocomerce chart shop, besides I have problems with the translation in drop-down login and register menu, whishlist and cart. They still in English, and I don’t know how to change them, even I tried it with Loco Translator.
I want to modify the cart page cause if you see in whishlist the breadcrumb almost over laps the woocomerce cart and it looks bad.
