Cant use theme options - by gewoonbovenaan

    Somehow when i installed the theme Xstore and go to theme options i get a internal server error, and i cant figure out why because every page works, there is no plugin installed which didnt came from the theme and there is nog error going on wih debug. https://gyazo.com/918203b3e2297340ab8fb45dc24ee43a

    Any idea why this happens?

    Hello,

    I suppose it could be related to some server configuration. Could you contact your hosting provider and ask about errors in the server error log? It would be helpful to find out what caused console errors http://prntscr.com/rfc9ur
    And provide FTP access to your site in addition to the server error logs.

    Hello,

    Yes, server limit is the reason of your issue – ModSecurity: Output filter: Response body too large (over limit of 524288, total not specified). Contact your hosting provider and increase the limit.
