Hi – fantastic theme and easy to use.
Just have a small problem with the Captcha image that should display on the Register page. There is a little symbol indicating a broken link for the image.
Any ideas as to how I can correct this please.
many thanks
Gill
Hello,
Please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.

Sending you the information requested
We can’t log to your FTP. Have a problem ‘Connection timed out’.

Robert Hall.
I just tried logging in to the ftp account using the credentials I gave you. It is a bit slow but it did work okay.
What were you hoping to look at via ftp – maybe I can check it for you.
Gill
Hello,
Sorry, but we’re still unable to connect to FTP getting an error:
“Error: Connection timed out
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing”
Are there any restrictions at your hosting provider?
Also as we can see the image on Register page has the path http://lisnawearyquilts.eu/cms/wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/inc/really-simple-captcha/tmp/1906380491.png
Try opening this link and you’ll get 404 error, so the image isn’t found in the directory cms/wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/inc/really-simple-captcha/tmp. Have you removed or renamed it? Please check if there are any images in that directory.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva
Yes, I had checked the file path of the missing image myself and then compared that to what is in the file, via ftp. There is no image [ 1906380491.png ] in the file /inc/really-simple-captcha/tmp
However, there is an image – [ 1752014888.png ]
Does this help you?
Hello,
Try to rename the image 1752014888.png to 1906380491.png in the /inc/really-simple-captcha/tmp folder.
Looking forward to your reply.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
No this doesn’t work – each time the page is refreshed it creates a new 10digitnumber.png file on the front end of the site.
Please try to change permissions to wp-content/really-simple-captcha/tmp folder. Also please ask your host regarding the issue that we are unable to connect to FTP. We’d investigate the problem from our side having FTP access.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
