Hello
There is an issue when I try accessing the home page as a customer with the customer access rights. At first I can see the whole home page and its carousel (which is the 1st section) after clearing caches but then if I go on another page and come back to the home page , the carousel keeps loading but not showing. I have cleared caches many times. In the web server I’m using from the cpanel, I set the post_max_size to 128M because that was a faulty status previously. The upload_max_file has always been set to 64M. What do you recommend ?

What browser do you use? Could provide a video of the problem?
Provide access that you are using to access the site as a customer.

Please see that link below. I’m using Google Chrome, the issue is the same from safari and firefox. The access you have should be set for the customer view.

So I have tried logging as a customer and the carousel is still having the same behaviour (ongoing loading) when I ‘m trying accessing the home page the 2nd time from any pages of the website. Can you explain to me what you did , so I can understand. Also is there anything I shall try to do on the cpanel php options (see screenshot). Also my host advise me to set a higher value for the memory limit 512M or 768M and max_exectution_time to 600.
What do you advise?

We made the fix in the etheme.min.js file. Fix will be included in the next theme update.
