    Hi,

The ‘up-sells’ carousels on products pages and are not displaying properly. At the moment they show 3 images and the 4th image drops onto a line below but is mostly hidden. The arrows don’t work either.

The cross-sell carousels aren’t showing at all.

Can anyone help me solve this?

    Thanks in advance!

    I’m using Blanco 2.9.2
    and Woocommerce 2.1.7

    Hello,

Could you please provide us with the link where the problem persists and your admin panel credentials.
Also try to update Woocommerce plugin to 2.1.8 version.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

    Thanks for you fast response.

    Here is a link https://www.emily-alice.com/product/oxytocin-cufflinks/

I find that if the upsells have only 4 products then they all fit. But if they have more then they drops of the end. I have just updated to Woo 2.1.8 and I’m still experiencing the same problem.

    Yes, thank you.

Also, I’ve been making some other changes today and they are all working fine except they are not being reflected in the ‘Shop’ page. I have cleared my cache several times. They are working on other pages. Can you help

I’ve changed the social media icons, removed the search bar at the top and made the menu capitalized instead of uppercase. I can’t work out why it’s not showing in the shop page.

    Thank you. FTP details below.

    Thank you for the details.
I’ve logged in to FTP account and found no files there. There were only 2 folders: “Maildir” and “logs”. Is the account correct?

    Hello,

As I see you have cloudflare enabled. You should disable it. Then find the line <link href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=<?php echo $font_src; ?>' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'/> in file et-styles.php and replace it with <link href='https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=<?php echo $font_src; ?>' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'/>
    Clear the cache after that.
Also there are scripts errors because of incorrect configuration of https and that’s causing the issue with products slider. So you need to check it.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Thanks Eva.

I changed that line as you suggested. Do I need to disable Cloudflare permanently or just temporarily?

Can you point me in the direction of how to check the configuration of the https and the script errors? I don’t know where to start trying to solve this.

    Hello,

    Sorry for a long delay.
Cloudflare had to be disabled temporarily only for the changes to make effect.
According to https configuration you should contact your hosting provider as it is beyond of our support scope.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
