Carousel on mobile not showing right amount of items on front end

There is currently an issue we’re noticing across any section that uses a carousel. The issue appears when you set the carousel items to more than one on mobile. When you switch to mobile view, it only shows a single item no matter what the value you set within Elementor.

I’ve attached screenshots showing this issue.

These 2 sections we know for sure have this problem but we believe this is something that’s happening across any section that uses a carousel.

Hello,

Update the theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and Core plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ , clear cache after the update, the problem should be fixed.

We’ve updated the theme and the issue is still there

Have you edit the page after the update and re-set 2 columns for mobile? Have you cleared CDN cache?
I passed your issue to our developers. I’ll inform you once they check/fix the problem.
