Dear @Plethora,
We hope this message finds you well.
Upon reviewing your website, we have confirmed that the TranslatePress plugin is currently active and functioning without any apparent issues on the Cart and Checkout pages. However, to better understand the problem you are encountering, could you kindly provide us with the steps to reproduce the issue?
Additionally, please let us know if the issue has already been resolved, or if further investigation is required to identify any non-loading pages. If possible, we would appreciate it if you could share screenshots or a video demonstrating the problem.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Kindly change the language from the menu to Arabic, and add any product in cart and click to cart page. it will not load.
as mentioned before it is very urgent.
FYI – I keep mentioning it is urgent and needs to be solved ASAP….
Dear @Plethora,
We hope this message finds you well.
We understand your urgency in having the issue resolved as soon as possible. However, as previously requested, we kindly ask that you provide us with screenshots or a video demonstrating how to reproduce the issue. The information you provided regarding switching the language from the menu does not seem applicable, as there is currently no such language switcher available (as shown here: https://prnt.sc/g3mt0Yz6Gs8v).
In order for us to assist you effectively, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide the correct steps or additional details to help us investigate the issue further.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

please find the video attached. also, there was a serious spike in CPU and memory while running this test.
Dear @Plethora,
We hope this message finds you well.
Upon visiting your website, we noticed that the header menu does not provide an option to select a different language, as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/e6mrDE72MXSs. Additionally, manually appending the language postfix to the URL does not activate the corresponding language version of the website.
In your video, the URL starts with “yourwebsite.com/ar/”, indicating the Arabic version of the site. However, when we access the website, it opens without the “/ar/” postfix, as demonstrated in the screenshot. Furthermore, the menu item shown in your video does not offer any options to switch to the Arabic language.
We would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Yes, because the website is functional and running, I can not keep it active unless we need to test it or the issue is resolved.
please check now, plugin is activated.
Dear @Plethora,
I hope this message finds you well.
1. We have reviewed your website and were unable to locate the option to change the language.
2. We also attempted to log in and activate the plugin on your behalf, but it appears that the access credentials you previously provided are no longer valid.
3. Therefore, we kindly request that you activate the plugin and provide us with the correct access credentials if you still require our support. Without proper access, we will be unable to assist in resolving the issue.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
8Theme Team
Yes, the plugin was deactivated due to your late response. As mentioned before, we can not keep it active because of customer experience.
