Cart error to Checkout - by flaggerAdmin

    Hi
    The clients are bug testing the site, and an error came up.
    When you go to the checkout and Apply a coupon code and then press go to checkout, not Payment Gateways options are available and if you place the order it goes through without charging anything.

    Can you advise?

    Hello,

    Do you have this is issue with our theme or with Storefront theme too?
    If the problem appears with our theme only then we’ll be able to help you and need admin panel and FTP access and also the promo code that could be used to replicate the problem. In case the problem appears also with Storefront theme you need to contact with WooCommerce plugin support.

    We don’t have the Storefront theme installed.

    I have done some more tests.

    It seems if the Coupon is less than the total it goes to payment options.
    If the coupon covers the amount then it simple doesn’t have payment options and just says place order, which seems logical as no money will be transferred, but it will be better to still get them to fill in the payment details for tracking and email receipt purposes.

    Hello,

    Storefront is a free official WC theme and you can install in from Appearance > Themes > Install new theme. Our theme should not affect default WC functionality, so if you have the same problem even with defauls WC theme we can do nothing, you can contact with WC support on WooCommerce support forum with the suggestion to improve it.
