Cart freezing on checkout - by badgamer - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi
haveing an issue with some customers they cant checkout the cart just freezes and the circle stays there and they cant checkout and the it duplicates the order any help need asap as shop is live tanks

Hello,

Please check how it works when Storefront (default WC theme) is activated on your site.
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache, and check how it works then.
Provide us with a video of the problem, URL, and temporary wp-admin access.
