    Dear @kidsandroll,

I’ve checked Private content in this topic and I do not see access http://prntscr.com/jd2uoe. Where and in what way you provided wp-admin access?

You use 4.21.1 theme version, the latest one is 4.25. If you use latest version of woocommerce plugin, please update the theme and all required plugins also https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ Don’t forget to create a backup of your files and database before starting the update process.

Have you tried to disable all 3rd-party plugins to find out if an additional plugin is a reason for the problem?
Please check “Just Catalog” option in Theme Options > E-commerce > Shop.
Did you edit template files via child theme? The problem persists if the parent theme activated on site?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

    Regards
