Hello,
I have received my first order on my new website; however, the items purchased are not being exported to paypal correctly. For example, the order I received contains 18 items, yet the paypal packing slip shows only one item. The subtotal for the whole order is listed as the cost of that one item on the paypal invoice.
In fact, it appears as though the whole list of items from the website are being listed under the description for the one line item on the paypal invoice. The following is a screen shot from the paypal order:
How can I fix this so that I can print packing slips from paypal, as i can’t seem to figure out how to print an invoice directly from the website.
