    Hello,

    As I can see you edited the header in the child theme and it could be the reason of your problem. Provide us also with the FTP access to check the code you edited there.

    Hello,

    We need FTP. Because once we get an error during editing in file manager we’ll be locked and with fatal error on the frontend. So, provide us with FTP access, please.
