I am running version 1.4 of your theme and version 2.2.8 of WooCommerce. When I am not logged in, I am fully able to add items to my cart from the shop or product pages however whenever I go to the cart page it says that my cart is empty.
I do not experience the issue at all when I am logged in.

Hello,
Sorry, but your credentials isn’t correct. Please provide as well.

I just checked both sets of credentials. Neither is incorrect. I will include them again for continuity.

These are the settings right out of my FTP Client that I have been using to connect to the site as recently as an hour ago.
Hello,
Sorry, but we are unable to connect to your FTP account.
What FTP client are you using?
Could you please show us a screenshot with the settings in Private Content?
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
I have attached the FTP settings from Pantheon as well as my client, Coda2.
Thanks
Any news on this front? I have to show this site to the client soon.
Hello,
Please specify if you made any changes in the theme files. Perhaps it has caused the current issue with the Cart page.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
I didn’t change anything in the theme files except for css styles. I also added a custom template for a couple of pages, but I never touch the woo commerce templates.
I am having the same issue and I haven’t updated any woocommerce or theme files.
Whenever a guest adds an item to heir cart and tries to checkout, the cart is empty.
I also have a message in the backend that states “Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files – if you encounter functionality issues on the frontend this could be the reason. Ensure you update or remove them (in general we recommend only bundling the template files you actually need to customize). See the system report for full details.”
I’ve updated WooCommerce on multiple occasions, but this message still remains and I suspect it is the reason why guests cannot checkout.
Please fix. I am losing customers as we speak.
Hello @bryantaa,
That message won’t affect your site work. Please don’t worry.
Concerning the cart issue please provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials in Private Content.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
