We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

Please note we are able to see the cart page with two column in admin page but not in the live environment. Please check again in incognito mode and confirm
Also when we are trying to edit the cart page through elementor, the page is distorted, see the screenshot

1/ We have thoroughly reviewed your website in both incognito and live modes and did not encounter any issues. For your reference, we have attached relevant images in the private content area.
It appears that the issue may be related to caching on your end. We kindly suggest temporarily disabling the server cache on your website and clearing your browser cache before checking again.
If the changes appear correctly in the Customizer but not on the live site, it is likely a cache issue. Ensuring that it functions correctly in the Customizer should reflect the same on the front end.
