Cart page isn’t right and no idea how or where to fix it

I just noticed my cart page isn’t displaying or working properly.
1) The product title text is super tiny for some reason, as well as the text below the “proceed to checkout”
2) Whatever the first product is in the list doesn’t show the quantity box and can’t be removed.
I’m sure there’s more, but that’s all I notice at the moment
